Comments: I've decided its time to loose some weight again, I know I haven't been on for a bit and I haven't really put on weight I'm just feeling fat again. I'm going to use the indoor cycle (spinner) this time around; I bought it ages ago as the standard exercise bike broke but I never used it. Last time I had my ex preparing the meals but this time I'm all alone so I've only got myself to blame.
