88 days to go to Christmas or so the TV was telling me this morning. As you can see I just gave up on the last diet yet again, no surprise there then… Well I'm going back on a diet the goal this time is to get down to 13 stone before Christmas which is just over 12 weeks away. I have just weighed myself and I'm 14st 2lb so I've got 16lb to lose in 12 weeks which works out that I need to lose 1.3lb every week until Christmas. I suppose this can be done as long as I exercise and keep away from the chocolate and ice cream, I don't think its asking too much losing 1.3lb a week. What I am worried about if I stop losing weight in a few weeks into the diet which is normally the case this lasts a couple of weeks without any weight loss this I can do without.
I've not put on much since I've not been on a diet but the point is Im not losing it neither. I need to start exercising again to burn them calories off. Anyway I'll see how it goes, no one reads this blog, I treat it just like a diary for myself well its easier then pen and paper.
