Back on the Diet: Week 01 Weigh In:










Well it's been 2½ months since I last bothered about my weight, I think it was around Easter time and I blew it.. Anyway the good news is I've only put 1 pound on in all that time but now its time to get in control and get back to the original plan of getting down to 14 stone. I've bought another food diary and I started a couple of days ago. I will try again I've only got myself to blame at the end of the day so here we go again, I've now finished college until September so I want to lose some before I go back...

Week 08 Weigh In 18th April 2011



Another week I haven’t done any exercise this is becoming a bit of a habit that I have to break before I start putting weight back on. I even had an early Easter egg this week I know these things will kill the diet; I must control this as it isn't even Easter yet. I even had a look at the calories and it’s more then what I have been eating all day and that’s not for a huge Easter egg!!! At the end of the day I only have myself to blame for not exercising, something’s done wrong and I must put it right.

Week 07 Weigh In 11th April 2011


Sorry I'm a day late with the weigh in, I got a really nasty virus on the PC and I’ve only just got it up and going again... As you can see I've lost another 4lb this week, I have no idea how I'm losing the weight I’m still not exercising just watching what I’m eating. Its Easter holidays at the end of this week and I have 2 weeks off college so hopefully I will get some exercise done maybe even go back to swimming if the times are fine. I’ve managed to keep of  chocolate, not even had a bar for sooooooooooooooo long so I have to be careful at Easter. I’m getting closer to 14-7 which was my target weight at the end of the Food Diary Book which is in 17 days. Anyway must get on with college work, see you next week...

Week 06 Weigh In 04th April 2011



Well I’ve lost another 3lb, which I found surprising since I’ve hardly done any exercise this week. Also I did have a take out a couple of days ago but it was my first in a few months. This is the beginning of week 6 and I have now lost 1 stone in total which I think is good as I’m losing it slowly, I’m a few lbs shy of my target but I have only got myself to blame with the lack of exercise, I still have a few weeks to go. The Food diary I’m using is for 8 weeks and I still have 25 blank days I can fill in, I was hoping to get to 14st 7lb at the end of this book and it looks like I should make it. The lowest I’ve weighed whilst I’ve been on this yo-yo diet was 14 stone and I was eventually aiming to get there again. Anyway I must get on with college work I’ll be back next week, note to self do some bloody exercise...

Website been updated

Just to let you know that the latest photographs have been uploaded to the website only not the blog http://www.fatnakedguy.co.uk/ I can't see any difference on the straight on pose but you can notice a slight difference on the belly on both the side poses. I updated the last photographs one month again when I started the diet again, I shall continue to upload the photographs every month.

Week 05 Weigh In 28th March 2011


Today I have been on the diet for a month, I have lost 11lb so its going in the right direction. This week I have lost 4lb which is good as Ive hardly been on the exercise bike due to having a bad ankle and having family here for the last 4 days.... I will measure myself up tomorrow and put the new photographs up on the website, hopefully for next week I will be under 15 stone :)

Week 04 Weigh In 21st March 2011



Again Ive only lost a couple of pounds this week, been on the exercise bike a lot and I was hoping to lose a little bit more. Anyway Ill just carry on for another week and then see where I go from there. I feel like Ive lost more, at least Im losing and its going in the right direction…

Week 03 Weigh In...




Well I've lost a big fat nothing this week, well disappointed :( I know I haven't done a lot of exercise but I've been a very good boy when it comes to eating. I've not have a chocolate bar in a whole two weeks, nor a Kebab or a Take Away… What do these scales want from Me !!!! I have lost a bit when I measured myself with the tape, last week I only measured my waist, I don't think there’s any need to measure everything every week. Last week my waist was 45¾" and today’s its 45" even though nothing has changed on the scales. The other big loss since I started the diet AGAIN 2 weeks ago are my Thigh and Chest, 2 weeks ago I was 44 5/8" and now I’m 43¼" for the Chest and I was 25 11/16" and now I’m 24¼" for the Thigh, which I think is good in 2 weeks. Also my BMI has gone down to 31.13 from 32.77 according to the online BMI calculator.

I will have to get more exercise done, I have a lot of college work on at the moment and it takes 30 mins to exercise on the bike and 15 mins to sort myself out afterwards and if I do that 3 times a day it’s a 135 mins, yes as much as that out of the day. I get up at 8am and normally go to bed in between 1-2am so I don't have any more time spare, there is a big time slot everyday where I watch my soaps, is it worth it? See you next week then…

Week 2 Weigh in 07th March 2011









Well Im now down to 15:7 so thats a lose of 5lb this week. Im really suprised as I haven't exercised as much as I could due to college work and family being down. I've also lost half an inch on the belly so I'm quite happy with that, I just need to get on that exercise bike a bit more. I have been watching the calerious I eat and been eating mainly pre packed food thats low in cals and suger, it did the trick for me last time so I'll stick by it no matter what programs tell me its unheathly.

You can find these on the right column under On The Website/Photographs If You Can Handle It or you can view them at http://www.fatnakedguy.co.uk/ This is now the 3rd day on the new 2011 diet, things are going ok though I'm hungry a lot, I know the stomach has to get use to having less food again Ill just keep drinking more fluids. The exercise on the exercise bike is going to plan, at the moment I'm using it 3 times a day only burning 200 cals each time, hopefully this will go back up to 300 cals each time in a few weeks. Well that’s it until Monday when I shall weigh myself again, hopefully I will lose a bit I'm hoping to lose about 3lb but until I start swimming again I’ll be happy with any weight lose…

New Diet Yet Again....

Comments: Well here we go again, I've piled loads of weight back on, can't believe what I weigh now, need to get back down to 14 stone before to get back to what I was,unbelievable…

I've only got myself to blame, Im not exercising at all I just sit here and moan about the extra weight, well time to get everything in order.

I’m not going to be posting on here everyday, just once a week with the amount of weight lost if any at all. I’ve decided to keep everything logged down on paper instead of on here and to be honest I’ve not got the time to enter all the data and ramble on every day of the week. Ill see you all next week, the plan is just to do exercise at home and keep of track of what I’m eating for the first week. The second week I will start going swimming 3 times a week as well so I’m hoping to lose 2/3lbs this week, lets see what happens.
