
Well I’ve lost another 3lb, which I found surprising since I’ve hardly done any exercise this week. Also I did have a take out a couple of days ago but it was my first in a few months. This is the beginning of week 6 and I have now lost 1 stone in total which I think is good as I’m losing it slowly, I’m a few lbs shy of my target but I have only got myself to blame with the lack of exercise, I still have a few weeks to go. The Food diary I’m using is for 8 weeks and I still have 25 blank days I can fill in, I was hoping to get to 14st 7lb at the end of this book and it looks like I should make it. The lowest I’ve weighed whilst I’ve been on this yo-yo diet was 14 stone and I was eventually aiming to get there again. Anyway I must get on with college work I’ll be back next week, note to self do some bloody exercise...
