Well what happened:
Nothing, gave up… However Im really feeling fat and bloated can remeber last time I actually worked out. I tell a lie it was about 5 weeks ago I start lifting weights around 6 weeks ago for a week or so. I actually put weight on over that week and I got so pissed off I stopped, I think I went up to 15-7 at the end of the week. Anyway I was just watching TV and say a last bit of The Feel Good Factor or something like that it was on ITV, apartently its been on for a few weeks already but this was the first time I've heard about it.
I've checked the website and signed up, what I can see its something to do with raising money for charity £1 for every 1lb you lose, I want to know what happens if you put weight on do you take a 1lb from charities. Anyway I've decided to give it a go again and try and get some weight off as at the moment I really feeling huge. I weighed myself as the Feel good factor wanted me to enter all the details, I wasnt going to do this but eventually I did and it was a bit of a surprise! I weighed in at the usually 15st 2lb a week working out and Ill be back on track below 15 stone I hope.

Ok lets get back on track, I know no ones reads this but hell I'm doing this for me and hopefully I can read all this once Ive reach my final weight. I wont be writing everyday maybe once or twice a week, lets see how it goes.
