So have a put loads of weight on since I could be bothered updating well nothing I can't lose within a week or two, I'm just going the weigh myself.. to the kitchen we go past all the food...

So there it is 15 stone 4lb, so Ive put on 3lb a good curry should fix that :)
I quit too easily, I can't say no to the odd take out and chocolate seems to be my best friend. Just found a dark chocolate bar with a Jaffa flava inside, wow its the best love it hard been in the fridge for a while.
Well to be Frank I've done No exercise for what seems ages, exercise bike, weights, multi gym, MTB bike, swimming, walking machine, I've done nothing at all.
Well I'm going to get the website, twitter and this blog in order and start looking forward to the diet again, I'll dust the exercise bike off as well.
Ok I'll get on with things back soon, Monday at the latest.
