New Diet Yet Again....

Comments: Well here we go again, I've piled loads of weight back on, can't believe what I weigh now, need to get back down to 14 stone before to get back to what I was,unbelievable…

I've only got myself to blame, Im not exercising at all I just sit here and moan about the extra weight, well time to get everything in order.

I’m not going to be posting on here everyday, just once a week with the amount of weight lost if any at all. I’ve decided to keep everything logged down on paper instead of on here and to be honest I’ve not got the time to enter all the data and ramble on every day of the week. Ill see you all next week, the plan is just to do exercise at home and keep of track of what I’m eating for the first week. The second week I will start going swimming 3 times a week as well so I’m hoping to lose 2/3lbs this week, lets see what happens.
