
Well I've lost a big fat nothing this week, well disappointed :( I know I haven't done a lot of exercise but I've been a very good boy when it comes to eating. I've not have a chocolate bar in a whole two weeks, nor a Kebab or a Take Away… What do these scales want from Me !!!! I have lost a bit when I measured myself with the tape, last week I only measured my waist, I don't think there’s any need to measure everything every week. Last week my waist was 45¾" and today’s its 45" even though nothing has changed on the scales. The other big loss since I started the diet AGAIN 2 weeks ago are my Thigh and Chest, 2 weeks ago I was 44 5/8" and now I’m 43¼" for the Chest and I was 25 11/16" and now I’m 24¼" for the Thigh, which I think is good in 2 weeks. Also my BMI has gone down to 31.13 from 32.77 according to the online BMI calculator.
I will have to get more exercise done, I have a lot of college work on at the moment and it takes 30 mins to exercise on the bike and 15 mins to sort myself out afterwards and if I do that 3 times a day it’s a 135 mins, yes as much as that out of the day. I get up at 8am and normally go to bed in between 1-2am so I don't have any more time spare, there is a big time slot everyday where I watch my soaps, is it worth it? See you next week then…
