Week 2 Weigh in 07th March 2011









Well Im now down to 15:7 so thats a lose of 5lb this week. Im really suprised as I haven't exercised as much as I could due to college work and family being down. I've also lost half an inch on the belly so I'm quite happy with that, I just need to get on that exercise bike a bit more. I have been watching the calerious I eat and been eating mainly pre packed food thats low in cals and suger, it did the trick for me last time so I'll stick by it no matter what programs tell me its unheathly.
