18th - Another Weigh in.

Weigh In: 15 stone 1¼ lb

Well what can I say, I'm going to have to go for it starting tomorrow or I wont lose ½ stone before Christmas. It's my own fault I only have myself to blame. I know I've done really bad I'm really surprize I havn't put weight on the amount of Chocolate Ive been eating.. Actually today I started to do a bit of exercise of the treadmill but 15 minuates into the workout all the electric went of in my area so I stopped to see what was going on and I never got back on the thing.

Breakfast:
1 Asda Toasted teacake - 250 Cals
Total - 250 calories

Dinner:
Two Slices of toast with ham - 116 x 2 (Bread) 8o Cals (Ham)
Total - 312 calories

Tea:
Asda Chicken Hotpot (never again) - 255 Cals
Asda Corneto - 175 Cals
Total - 430 calories

Other:
Cheese Wosits - 95 Cals
M&M's Peanuts - 240 Cals
Total - 335 calories

Refreshments:
50cl Water (1 Small Bottles)
1 Nescafe Cappuccino - 80 Calories
2 Cans Pepsimax (9 Cals)
Total - 89 Calories

Exercises:
15 mins treadmill (Burnt 69 cals)

Total Calories 18th November 2008: 1416 Calories


Comments:
Really hungry today, the Chicken Hot Pot I had for tea didnt even fill a hole theres nothing to them. Then to top it off I had no jellys or fruit I pigged out on a corneto. I did actually do a bit of exercise but I got cut off half way through. Tomorrow will be a better day it cant get any worse can it ? (if you don't get off your arse then yes).
