Ok, I have had a week of not being on the diet, I have had chocolate every day of the week. The thing about me is if I say I am on a diet I eat more… Sounds strange but true.
Anyway I'm not giving up I want to lose half a stone before Christmas get down to 14st 9lb. If I carry on the way I’m doing I'll put half a stone on.
Tomorrow its starts !!!, exercise will be done, chocolate will NOT be eaten. The weigh in is on Tuesdays I will be lucky if I have not put weight on this week. (I've only got myself to blame)
