Oh my God the diet is going well I'm actually sticking to it and not hunting the chocolate down, infact I have 6 bars of chocolate that have been in my room for the last few days and I haven't wanted them. I've even did a little bit of exercise I'll do some more tomorrow, I feel like my stomach isn't as bloated maybe its just me. The only problem I'm having at the moment I keep jumping on the scales might get the other half to move them and just let me have them on Mondays..
