Well I had a chocolate bar, don't know why then I gave the kids the rest incase I lost the plot again. If I don't have any in I can't eat them. Not done any exercise for a couple of days ankle still playing up taking pain killes and my gout pills should be right in a couple of days. Been left alone with the kids as the other half has gone to Manchester should be back tomorrow.
