Having a day off from going on the exercise bike ankle playing up, had too may calories today I was hungry and had a tin of fruit cocktal. Never mind weigh in tomorrow hopefully I've lost a couple of pound if I'm around 14st 11lb I'll be happy if not than Ill have too start some serious exercise…
