Diet still going well, still not had them chocolate bars don't know where this will power has come from but I hope it stays with me. From tomorrow I have decided to go on the exercise bike twice a day but only burning 200cals per session which will take around 17 mins each. On the poor excuse of a diet I was on before this I was burning 400 calories on the bike at a time but one it took too long to do and I was totally knackered after it, also my legs would really ache so much that I wouldn't bother the day after. I've also given the scales to the other half to hide and only allow me to have them on Monday which is the weigh in day. I wanted to jump on the scales every time I past them but if I put weight on or not lost any it would put me in why Im I doing this mood and head for the chocolate.
