Day 01: New Diet - 15st 1¼lb

A new diet, I'm really determined.. It starts today no more chocolate bars, no more crisps or full fat fizzy pop. I've lost a couple of pound since a few days ago just getting ready for the diet so I'm happy about lets hope it keeps going in that direction. I'm hopping to get down to 14-7lb a couple of weeks into the kids summer holidays, thats when we normally go and vistit family for a week or so in Manchester.

On the website I've added some older photographs that show of my body shape from the last few years, I've also included some from today (same as above but larger) so I can keep an eye on myself. I'll add more photos once a month, I don't think you will see a lot of difference if I added them every week or so. Comments:
Totally pissed off that the exercise bike gave up half way through, had a look at it will try it again tomorrow and see what happens. Had a 2 tins of beans today, no I'm not on the Beanz diet I just couldnt be bothered doing anything else..
