Oh Well I actually went swimmimg today had to stop though as I was getting cramp and I didnt want to over due it and bloody drown. I enjoyed going not been for awhile I use to do 62ish laps to make it a mile, I'll see how I go tomorrow I also walked there and back which is another 50 mins exercise. Feeling good about swimming but it really knackered me out not actually doing it but a couple of hours after Im very tired and sleepy, I'm always the same after swimming...
