Went swimming again did 50 laps of 25 metres breast stroke without stopping, took 55 mins and I went for it a bit more than yesterday. Didn’t get cramp just ran out of time, don't think I'll go at the weekend it gets to crowded with kids and its hard to swim laps. Also I cycled to and from the baths which is better for me as its a lot quicker and I can get there in under 10 mins which means more time to swim. Had a shower after swimming which I don’t normally do and washing most of the Chlorine of from the baths helped with the tiredness after swimming, yes I was still knackered but not as much. I might go for a bike ride tomorrow not far just to Rhyl and back around 8 miles or I might go on the seafront if the weather permits. Got a new bike awhile back only just started to use it need to get a few bits a decent seat and a time/distance monitor so I know how much I've done..
