Comments:
Been a real bad day for me today :( the other half decided to bring chocolate into the house, why she does this I don't know... If it were here I wouldn't bloody eat it, I feel all bloated and fat and regretting it all. Not looking to the weigh in tomorrow. Again not done any exercise due to resting the ankle its feeling a lot better will get back to exercising tomorrow. I've a mini trampoline, had it for ages one of the kids bought a small one before they bought the larger one in the garden and got a spare one sent. I was thinking about trying it doing a bit of exercising on it, I think they call it rebounding or something like that Ill try and dig it out tomorrow.
