Over slept this morning didnt wake up untill 11:00 am Im normally up at 7:30 so I missed the exercise bike this morning. However I made up for it in swimming I did 70 laps without stopping which is over a mile and to be honest if I had more time I could had done even more. The kids have now finish school for the summer holidays and the baths timetable will change and not for the better. Hopefully be able to get a timetable tomorrow, Im feeling good about myself but finding it hard again to stop weighing myself will have to move them again. I can see I've lost weight over the last 5 weeks it showing a bit but still a shit load more to go...
