½ tin New Potoates (120 Cals)
½ tin Sweet Chilli Beans (142 Cals)
3 Slices Ham (63 Cals)
Total - 325 Cal

Tea:
Tesco Vegetable Curry (340)
½ tin (411g) La Doria Fruti Cocktail (86 cals)
Total - 426 calories

Refreshments:
100cl Water (3 Small Bottles)

Comments:
Well did it went on the exersise bike twice today and burnt 300 cals each go, infact I'm still sweating a bit. Also walk the kids to school and brought them back. Ive one problem though finding it really hard to go for a number two, no idea why Im eating a lot of fibre beans and jacket potato nearly every day.
