Comments:
Went swimming again, renewed my membership card which means its a pound cheaper everytime I go swimming which is good news as the card was only £7.50. Enjoyed swimming again did the fifty laps a bit quicker as public swimming was only an hour today so I managed it in 50 mins, 5 mins rest and a quick shower then peddled home on the bike. With the kids finishing school for the school holidays this week the time table changes again which will be bad news as they put free swimming on and theres hardly and decent times for public swimming. Don't want to start going in the morning as I'm not a morning person and I don't fancy jumping in the sea bit cold for that yet. Anyway Ill just wait and see, not tried the mini tampoline yet but I will do soon honest...
